The core of the product

Routing, acknowledgement, escalation

Anyone can push an event to Teams. This is the part that takes the other eleven months: deciding who hears about an alarm, proving that they saw it, and doing something about it when they didn't.

01 / Routing

Rules are evaluated in priority order.

A rule matches on any combination of these dimensions. An unset condition means match-all.

A rule that matches routes to named recipient groups over named channels. Different rules can target different people: a critical perimeter breach at 2 AM goes to the roving guard and the supervisor; a low-severity door-held-open during business hours goes to the facility WhatsApp group and nowhere else.
02 / Acknowledgement

Responders acknowledge from the message itself.

No app, no login, no account to create.

The first acknowledgement is final. A second responder arriving late cannot overwrite the first responder's record, and the system returns a conflict rather than silently rewriting history.
03 / The ladder

What happens when nobody answers.

When an alarm is ingested, an escalation check is scheduled for the acknowledgement timeout. When it runs, one of three things happens.

Escalation groups are separate from first-response groups, so your security manager isn't paged on every routine alarm — only on the ones nobody handled. Timeouts, intervals and level count are set per site.

04 / The record

Every alarm carries its full history.

When it fired, which rules matched, every message sent and to whom, whether each delivery succeeded, who acknowledged and at what time, and every escalation step along the way. Searchable, exportable, and retained for as long as you configure.

For a monitoring operation, that record is the evidence of an SLA being met. For everyone else, it's the answer to "what happened last Tuesday night?"

30-day pilot

Run it on your own system
for 30 days.

We install it, configure your rules with you, and you see exactly what your team sees. No cost during the pilot. If it isn't useful, we uninstall it cleanly.
